Shipping Policy
Shipping for all orders is via USPS, UPS or FedEx and is calculated at checkout based on standard shipping rates unless otherwise noted. Certain items classified as bulk, heavy or oversized will incur additional shipping charges. Those charges will be denoted during checkout. Express options are quoted during checkout.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST with prescriptions in place and payment received, will be shipped the same day provided it is in stock. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be shipped the next business day. You can expect your package to arrive within 2-10 business days in most cases. Standard transit times vary and are not guaranteed.

How long does it take to ship my order?

What is standard shipping?
Standard shipping is our default shipping method. Under this option we will either use United Parcel Service (UPS) or the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship your package. This determination will be made based on speed and cost effectiveness.
How much does shipping cost?
Our checkout page will quote all of this for you based on your shipping address. Shipping options are available for Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska, at an additional charge. The cost is based on standard shipping rates unless otherwise noted. Customers have the option to upgrade to express shipping options which are quoted during checkout.
How long does ground shipping take?
When you order from us, you can expect your package to arrive within 2-10 business days in most cases. Standard transit times vary and are not guaranteed.
Will you ship to an APO address or PO Box?
Yes, we ship to APO addresses or PO Boxes at our standard shipping rates.
Do you ship to Canada or Internationally?
No, at this time we only ship to the United States and U.S. Territories.
Jodee Return Policy
Our goal is to make an exchange or a refund as fair and easy as possible. If you find it necessary to return merchandise, please return it to Jodee®. Call 1-800-821-2767 for instructions and to receive a Return Authorization Number.
With a Return Authorization:
Jodee encourages each customer to immediately try on their garment and breast form to ensure proper fit and comfort as soon as you receive your order. Our goal is to provide you with quality products and an expert fitting experience. However, there are occasions when you may find it necessary to return merchandise for exchange or refund. Returned merchandise must be accompanied by a return authorization code that will be supplied by the Jodee counselor. All returns and exchanges must be returned within 60 days of purchase. Returns will be refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Custom orders and merchandise that is used, worn, or laundered will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
